1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we cannot process international orders at this time.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat rate of £3.90 per order. This includes express delivery, tracking, and insurance.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Delivery takes an additional 2–4 business days, so you can expect your order within 3–6 business days from purchase.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal only for all purchases and refunds.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes. Some items cannot be returned due to safety, hygiene, or customisation reasons, including:

  • Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty)

  • Used or opened items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

  • Items damaged due to misuse

8. What if my item is faulty or damaged?

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

9. How do I start a return?

Email us at contact@repairoutlette.shop with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions.

10. Do you offer refunds on shipping costs?

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the item is faulty or incorrect.

11. Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped.
